Return and Refund Policy

Effective for new orders accepted on or after October 8, 2026. Previously accepted orders retain their agreed terms.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Fitness Body Vault confirms the product configuration, availability, delivery arrangements, cancellation terms and return eligibility in writing before accepting payment. Conditions differ by supplier and product. Do not send equipment back without written return instructions.

For damage, defects or incorrect equipment, contact support@fitnessbodyvault.com promptly with your order reference, photographs and a description of the issue. Inspect freight deliveries and note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery document before signing. Preserve packaging while a claim is reviewed. We coordinate the appropriate supplier-supported remedy; return freight and any applicable fees will be stated in writing. We do not promise a prepaid parcel label for large freight equipment.

Celsium Wellness

Nondefective returns are normally unavailable. Any exception requires written approval before return shipment. Cancellation is free before logistics have been arranged or invoices issued; after dispatch processing begins, actual incurred costs may apply. Refused nondamaged deliveries are assessed individually; there is no confirmed standard fee. Delivery damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note and reported within 48 hours. Depending on the damage assessment, the remedy may be parts/repair, replacement or refund.

Leisurecraft

Standard supplier terms do not allow returns. Exceptional factory returns require prior approval and can include 20% restocking, freight charges, original packaging/condition and inspection. Cancellation or editing is normally without penalty during the first 14 days; after 14 days, a $350 charge applies. Orders cannot be cancelled or edited within seven days of shipping. After-shipment address changes, refused delivery, storage or rerouting can cause additional costs. The exact current delivery and tariff conditions must be confirmed in each written quote; dated portal build estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Elvion Fitness and Valgard Works

The exact cancellation, nondefective-return eligibility and any freight/restocking charges must be confirmed in writing for the specific product before payment. A general manufacturer warranty is not a general return promise. Neither supplier’s stock statement guarantees inventory until an order is checked.

Refund handling and customer rights

When a refund is agreed or required, Fitness Body Vault will confirm the amount, method and expected processing time in writing. Applicable customer rights remain in effect. Previously accepted orders retain the terms that applied when accepted.
