Delivery and installation
Current Leisurecraft dealer terms provide free shipping for saunas over $3,500 within the continental United States, plus a $320 residential drop-ship fee for appointment delivery. Remote areas, islands, Alaska and Hawaii may require additional freight. For crates longer than 84 inches, the customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck and may need a forklift or other suitable equipment. Contact FitnessBodyVault before ordering to confirm the current build date, heater configuration, unloading requirements and delivered total for your address. Assembly, placement and installation are separate. Electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.
Returns and delivery inspection
Leisurecraft does not accept returns. Inspect the shipment on arrival and document any damage so FitnessBodyVault can coordinate the supplier’s replacement-parts process.
